AUFEER GROUP Takes On a New Racing Challenge with Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra

The 2025 season marks a significant shift for AUFEER GROUP and the Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra team. Following a highly successful campaign in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe, the team is stepping into the prestigious GT2 European Series, where new competitors, a more diverse field of cars, and iconic circuits across Europe await.

Reigning European champions Bronislav Formánek and Štefan Rosina are setting their sights on a new milestone. GT2 offers more flexibility in car setup, a return to familiar Pirelli tires, and a broader range of rivals. These changes are expected to bring more intense on-track battles and increased demands on both technical preparation and driving skill.

“After five years in Super Trofeo, we knew the cars, tracks, and competition inside out. GT2 represents a step forward and a huge motivation for us,” says driver Bronislav Formánek. The season kicked off on April 12–13 at Circuit Paul Ricard in France and features six events, each with a pair of one-hour races.

On the domestic front, the team remains active in the GT Cup Series (formerly FIA CEZ), where drivers Jakub Knoll and Josef Záruba—the reigning Czech champions in the GTC class—will defend their title. The driver lineup and vehicle setup remain unchanged, as do their ambitions. “Our goal is to build on last year’s experience and push for another title,” confirms Knoll.

In 2025, AUFEER GROUP once again dives into elite motorsport—not only as a sponsor, but as a contributor to the technical and developmental backbone of one of Central Europe’s most respected racing teams. The partnership with Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra reflects our shared focus on performance, innovation, and success in the most demanding environments.
