PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The companies in the AUFEER GROUP, s.r.o. process various personal data in connection with:
- recruitment of employees,
- employment of employees, including temporary employment,
- provision of internships,
- business activities and promotion, including operation of websites,
- control and registration of individuals entering the premises of individual companies,
- COVID-19 prevention,
- protection of company assets, including operation of a camera system with recording.

DATA PROTECTION COMMITMENT
The management of companies in the AUFEER GROUP, s.r.o. are aware of the risks and potential negative consequences associated with the processing of personal data. Therefore, personal data protection is given high attention and regular investments are directed towards developing the security system.
In order to establish uniform internal rules for the legal processing of personal data and to create a system of internal controls and measures to ensure their security, the Directive on the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy in the AUFEER GROUP, s.r.o. was issued.
All employees and other authorized persons are obliged to comply with the following principles when processing personal data: legality and correctness of processing, limitation of the purpose of use and minimization of scope, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, limitation of storage time, adequate protection of integrity and confidentiality, ensuring availability, responsibility for involving third parties in processing, risk-based access, transparency and the burden of proof of fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations.
All employees are systematically trained in the field of personal data protection.
The protection of personal data is ensured through a system of physical and information security, which is subject to regular certification to the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) and ISO 9001 standards.
A responsible person oversees the protection of personal data in our group. The performance of the responsible person is ensured by the external supplier Screening Solutions s.r.o., ID: 27120350, with its registered office in Prague 1 – Josefov, Kaprova 15/11, ZIP code 110 00.
