Meeting the Future of Engineering: Spring Dedicated to Students and Innovation

April at AUFEER GROUP was all about meeting young people studying technical fields and thinking about their future careers. We took part in two key career events, where we had the chance to present the opportunities awaiting graduates of technical education and how they can become part of our world of innovation.

At AUFEER GROUP, we strongly believe that the future of technical fields depends on talented and motivated individuals. That’s why we actively seek opportunities to connect with students from technical schools and introduce them to the possibilities of employment after completing their technical education.

April was one of the busiest months in this regard. We participated in two prestigious career-focused events – Career Day at ŠKODA AUTO University (ŠAVŠ) and the Career Days of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU in Prague. These events gave us the opportunity to meet many inspiring students and graduates of technical disciplines who are eager to contribute to the development of modern technologies and innovations.

At the Career Days at FS and FEL CTU, we joined forces with our colleagues from Alpha Automation, a company that, like AUFEER, is part of the Matador Group. Our joint stand attracted a lot of attention from students and was frequently mentioned among the top booths of the event. This success was a great motivation for us and confirmed that we truly have something valuable to offer – from exciting projects and modern technologies to an environment that supports growth and creativity.

About the events we attended:

• Career Day at ŠKODA AUTO University (March 19, 2025) – a traditional career day organized by ŠKODA AUTO University, aimed at students and graduates of technical and economic programs.
• Career Days at FS and FEL CTU – the largest student career fair in the Czech Republic, organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU in Prague.
