We also work on panel parts such as doors and lids, engine hood and fenders. The main part of the development takes place on sheet metal parts. We also deal with alternative solutions for standard body structures, such as the design of a hybrid tailgate, where the metal solution has been replaced by a plastic one, or the incorporation of aluminum into the car’s structure, including its connection with classic sheet metal parts.

We also cooperate on the development of underfloor applications, such as CW covers and shading sheets, processing of drawing and technical documentation of the car and change management. All design activities are created in cooperation with the design departments and are maximally adapted to the requirements of the interior, pressing tools, crash requirements, installation of other vehicle components and, last but not least, customer requirements.
