Construction of press tools

As specialists in the field of pressing tool design, we work on the development and construction of pressing tools for cold forming.

Based on many years of experience, we provide advice and consultation in the field of pressability of parts, including the creation of pressing methodology for car manufacturers and their suppliers.

To ensure the dimensionality of parts and the quality of pressing throughout the pressing process, we use Autoform software for computer simulation of forming. This eliminates the negative effects of pressing on the material used.

At the same time, in cooperation with the A-CLASS SURFACING department, we provide cambering of surface parts in A-class quality to eliminate the springing of parts and thus reduce correction loops when incorporating tools at the manufacturer.

We meet all the prerequisites for precise processing of final pressed parts and cost reduction for manufacturers of pressing tools.
