AUFEER DESIGN ENGINEERING - division

In the field of lamp development, we are able to offer services from the design of the first concepts to the design accompaniment during the introduction into production. We have experience in project management of lamp development projects. Our specialists participate in the final construction of housing, 2K glass and part design as well as kinematic and optical parts. We focus on fully parametric modelling in the Catia V5 and as a result we are able to respond flexibly and fulfill the wishes of our customers.

Headlamps

The field of light development includes a top team of designers with several years of experience in the development of headlamps for the automotive industry. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of services from design through conceptual designs to construction for serial production. We closely cooperate on development projects of lighting manufacturers, where one of our key clients is the Mladá Boleslav car factory and Tier 1 suppliers such as HELLA Autotechnik NOVA, Marelli Automotive Lighting and Varroc Lighting Systems.

To date, our portfolio includes more than 50 successfully completed development projects in the field of vehicle lighting. Since the company was founded in 2000, we have been cooperating with Škoda Auto on the development of all existing models of Fabia, Rapid, Superb, Octavia, Yeti, Kodiaq and Karoq. Among others, we have been involved in the development of headlamps for brands such as Audi, Bentley, Volkswagen, Renault, Land Rover and Jaguar.
