Electronics
The field of electronics deals with the development of electronics for the automotive industry. The subject is the development and testing of car systems, electric cars, cable harnesses, hardware and software development, HIL and SIL testing.
The latest specialization of the department is the area of virtual simulations and virtual testing, which significantly streamlines product development and validation. In the future, in addition to working in the automotive industry, the electrical department plans to develop in other areas such as aviation and train transport.
The electrical department is engaged in the development of electronics for the automotive industry. Specifically, the development and testing of top systems of cars and electric cars takes place here. In the field of testing, we supply our customers with innovative CAN and BAP simulators for testing and development of on-board instruments. Our programmers develop software of control units in C++ and test it on HIL states together with devices. We create test sequences in the Python environment. We also participate in the development of charging stations for electric vehicles for our major customer Porsche engineering. The latest specialization of the department is the area of virtual simulations and virtual testing, which significantly streamlines product development and validation.
This field significantly streamlines product development, testing and validation. Our experts create mathematical models of car components in Matlab and Simulink. These models are then tested in a virtual environment. The result is reduced time, refinement of outputs and savings in testing costs.
We also develop cable harnesses in the Vobes+ system for our customers. In the EB Cable environment, we create electrical wiring diagrams of cars. Next, we perform the design of volume tracing in Catia V5 and finally production drawings and documentation in LDorado.
